The Role: We are seeking a senior technology leader to manage a high performing team that handles our electronic execution. In collaboration with the team's software architect we are looking for someone to: - Retain, recruit, and develop a lean team of developers - Drive cross team collaboration to ensure prioritization and execution - Lead the adaptation of best-in-class engineering practices consistent with our technology organization's philosophy - Escalate and resolve intra- and cross-group misalignment as needed What You'll Bring: - Previous experience as a software engineering manager leading experienced teams
