The Brand Management Resident is responsible for assisting Brand Executives in preparing client presentations and gaining internal and external creative concept approval (on lower-budget production jobs) and aiding in the production, shipping, and placement of advertising campaigns. Major Responsibilities/Primary Functions Works with Studio, Producers and Creative Operations to create ship schedules and to open and close job numbers Schedules and participates in client meetings when requested Helps prepare client presentations in PowerPoint and Adobe Assists Brand Managers with production needs, including but not limited to planning pre-production meetings and shipping products and materials to shoot locations; attends shoots if requested to do so Works with Creative Operations Managers to update weekly status reports by tracking down team members and retrieving any missing campaign specifics Submits TV spot dubbing and shipping requests to the W+K Studios Coordinates with the Brand Coordinator to organize meeting needs such as catering, reserving conference rooms, gathering AV equipment, and collecting presentation
