Job Description: The team you will join: Europe Risk and Controls We ensure customers access Wise services in our region by complying with financial regulations and meeting local requirements. We maintain Wise's financial services reliability and availability through proactive risk assessment. We build comprehensive risk management infrastructure that ensures compliance and enables rapid response to emerging risks, allowing Wise to operate safely at scale and provide customers secure, reliable financial services in our region. We enable compliant financial services by managing risk with minimal friction. We identify, assess, and mitigate risks through automated monitoring, compliance frameworks, and data-driven decisions to support the mission. What does success look like?
