Job Description: In this role, you'll partner closely with Senior Advisors to support the execution of Employee Relations processes and help manage day-to-day ER activities with accuracy and care. Your mission You'll support Senior Advisors in managing sensitive people matters - helping ensure cases and processes are handled with consistency, efficiency, and care. Whether assisting with workplace investigations, supporting behavioral or performance concerns, or helping maintain scalable ER processes, you'll contribute to delivering fair and timely outcomes. This role blends coordination, execution, and collaboration responsibilities, supporting teams as they navigate cross-border complexities with guidance from Senior Advisors. You'll apply sound judgment, attention to detail, and empathy in your work - ensuring processes are followed and information is handled with integrity. You'll also contribute to global collaboration efforts by supporting ER initiatives, maintaining documentation, and helping scale consistent practices across regions.
