About this role

Project Manager, Site Creative and Operations - West Elm Brooklyn, NY, United States West Elm is looking for a Project Manager, Site Creative and Operations to own the end-to-end coordination of everything that goes live on westelm.com. This role connects site creative, site operations, and merchandising teams to ensure that campaigns, product and collection launches, and promotional events publish on time, on brief, and without execution gaps. This is not a production role. You are the operational backbone that keeps cross-functional site work moving: tracking dependencies, aligning schedules, managing handoffs, and making sure nothing falls between teams on the way to a live date. You will manage 1-2 junior PMs while staying close to active workstreams yourself. You report to senior leadership and are expected to run independently, escalate early, and move decisions forward without waiting for direction.
