Legal Counsel - Privacy, Regulatory & IP São Paulo We are seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in Privacy, Regulatory, angrd IP to join our team in Brazil and support our global gaming operations. At Wildlife, we operate at the vibrant intersection of technology, entertainment, and law. This is a unique opportunity for a specialist-level practitioner to play a critical role in shaping legal strategy across multiple jurisdictions. You will be a key partner to our Product, Engineering, Monetization, Marketing, and Publishing teams, ensuring our digital ecosystem remains compliant while actively enabling innovation and global growth. What you'll do As a Staff-level specialist, you will move beyond basic oversight to drive execution and strategy in these key areas: - Global Privacy Leadership: Act as the primary legal architect for our data protection frameworks, ensuring seamless compliance with LGPD, GDPR , and evolving global standards across our entire game portfolio. - Product & Engineering Partnership: Work embedded with technical teams to implement "Privacy by Design," advising on data collection, user monetization strategies, and new feature launches. - Regulatory Navigation: Monitor and interpret the shifting global landscape for digital regulation, providing actionable guidance on how laws and regulations could impact mobile gaming and publishing. - IP Asset Protection: Safeguard Wildlife's core assets by managing intellectual property strategy, from protecting game mechanics and artistic assets to navigating complex licensing and trademark matters. - Strategic Advisory : Translate dense, complex regulatory requirements into practical, "low-friction" business solutions that allow our creative teams to move fast
