About this role
Business Operations Associate | BizOps São Paulo We're looking for a talented Business Operations (BizOps) Associate to join Wildlife's BizOps team. Within the BizOps team, you will work on high-priority initiatives directly with senior leadership, gain visibility across the whole business, and own end-to-end impact from diagnosis to execution. It's a rare blend of strategy, operations, and selective M&A exposure in one of the largest mobile gaming companies in the world. The high exposure nature of the role also requires good communication skills, mainly written, which is our standard way of running meetings (no PPTs!). For that, you will need to be structured, clearly articulating issues, alternatives, and recommendations. Since you are going to be involved in a number of different projects, as well as ad-hoc analyses, there will be no routine for this job. What you'll do - Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem structuring to implementation, partnering with leaders across product, marketing, finance, and operations - Support our M&A and investment efforts through sourcing, market mapping, financial modeling, and selective diligence / integration workstreams - Run analyses and write clear and concise docs that shape our
