Whop is seeking an Director, Accounting to build the company's accounting foundation from the ground up.This is a hands-on role responsible for all aspects of accounting operations - including accounting, internal controls, month-end close, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit readiness. You will partner closely with the Corporate Controller and Head/ VP of Finance to transform Whop's accounting function from startup mode into a disciplined, scalable operation. This is an ideal role for a builder - someone who enjoys designing processes, leading from the front, and establishing strong financial hygiene in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
