QUALIFICATIONS: - Be a master of modern technology with deep hands-on experience implementing innovative systems. - Extensive leadership experience across IT or Engineering in high-growth environments. - Pragmatic judgment around architecture and system design with the ability to balance speed, scalability, security, and employee experience. - Demonstrated ability to tackle a broad range of business challenges, moving seamlessly from high-level strategy
