About this role

Copy Lead Boston, MA RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead concept development and write high-impact campaign ideas including taglines, campaign lines, and headline-driven executions across channels - Own creative output across key projects, setting the bar for quality, craft, and originality - Translate briefs and insights into compelling creative territories, including naming systems, campaign platforms, and narrative frameworks - Write across OOH, print, digital, email, experiential including scripts for video and social content, with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices - Partner cross-functionally with brand, design, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns, social content, and partnerships - Present and articulate creative concepts clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to strengthen the work - Provide feedback and elevate other writers' work - Work alongside creative leadership to protect and evolve the WHOOP voice QUALIFICATIONS: - 5-8 years of experience in copywriting with a strong portfolio of campaign or brand work - Demonstrated expertise in crafting taglines, campaign lines, and concept-driven creative - Experience writing scripts for video, social, and other narrative formats - Strong understanding of social platforms and how to create work that resonates in culture - Experience developing naming systems for campaigns, products, or initiatives - Strong creative instincts with the ability to generate, refine, and elevate big ideas - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to fast-paced, iterative creative processes - Comfort presenting creative work and engaging in constructive critique with peers and stakeholders - Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks,
