About this role

Sr. Project Manager, Diligence & Fund (Midwest) REC-Virtual-Chicago, IL; REC-Virtual-Detroit, MI This position supports physical plant inspections and reporting for new acquisitions, as well as capital oversight activities across a portfolio of approximately 90 assets. Responsibilities include conducting physical plant inspections, developing project scopes, creating renovation and asset improvement plans, and developing and underwriting capital budgets to maximize asset value. The Senior Project Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Investments, Asset Management, and Operations teams by identifying value creation opportunities, developing capital investment strategies, and overseeing project execution to optimize asset performance and financial returns.
