This role is onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, NJ About the Role The Senior Operations Manager will oversee our flagship New Jersey operation, which is the company's largest by volume and revenue. This is a high-stakes leadership role responsible for two distinct facilities. Responsibilities Operations & Growth - Lead warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and quality control - Optimize performance metrics and workflows to support rapid scaling - Make data-driven decisions to identify and solve operational bottlenecks - Plan labor needs and manage capacity during peak periods Leadership & Team Building - Recruit, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and warehouse
