About this role
Senior Manager of Pricing & Packaging Weave - Headquarters (Lehi, UT), Lehi, Utah, United States The Senior Manager of Pricing & Packaging will play a critical role in shaping how Weave monetizes its products and delivers value to customers. This role owns the development and execution of pricing strategies, packaging structures, and go-to-market readiness for new and existing offerings. You will partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure pricing decisions are data-driven, competitive, and aligned to business objectives. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. - This role is hybrid - This role reports to the Senior Director, Product Management What You Will Own - Lead pricing and packaging strategy for new product launches, including SKU creation, bundling, and monetization models. - Partner with Product and Product Marketing to deeply understand offerings and translate them into clear, scalable pricing structures. - Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and financial modeling to inform pricing decisions. - Own the strategy and execution of price increases, including scenario modeling, customer segmentation, and rollout coordination. - Serve as a key partner to Sales, supporting deal structuring, custom configurations, and large or complex opportunities. - Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Systems for pricing initiatives. - Own and maintain core pricing documentation, including pricing guides, SKU lists, and bundle configurations. - Support go-to-market readiness for pricing changes, including internal enablement and communication. - Partner with Finance on customer unit economics
