Hardware Engineering is a diverse, innovative, and collaborative group of electrical, mechanical, reliability, software and vehicle engineers. Our team builds the products which are the eyes and ears of Waymo's autonomous driving technology, and integrate those products into vehicle platforms. In this hybrid role, you will report to an Engineering Manager You will: - Provide technical leadership to our manufacturing partners and test equipment vendors to bring up, troubleshoot and maintain production testers and tester fixtures - Create functional test specification and requirements for electronic modules and hardware used in Autonomous Vehicle - Work with Contract manufacturer to integrate testers on manufacturing line and train their test teams - Work with cross functional team of Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, Production test engineers, PM - Design, develop and maintain HW/SW of
