Waymo's Real Estate Portfolio Manager is responsible for maintaining and optimizing Waymo's leased and owned real estate portfolio through effective asset management, process improvement and strategic decision making. This role will manage all aspects of Waymo's real estate portfolio, including lease compliance, portfolio optimization, asset management coordination, valuation and reporting and risk management. In this hybrid role, you will report to a Director of Real Estate and Transactions.
