This role follows a hybrid work schedule and reports to the Global Head of Facilities and Occupational Safety . You will: - Set Global Strategy: Own Waymo's short- and long-term EHS objectives, providing oversight and guidance for all aspects of Waymo's environmental, health, and safety program. - Drive Digital Transformation: Act as the global business owner for EHS management software (e.g., Enablon, Cority, or similar), managing its implementation, configuration, and data integrity. - Lead and Mentor: Manage a team of six direct reports, navigating them through organizational change and growing future leaders through active mentorship and technical guidance. - Innovate Risk Management: Develop and lead innovative approaches and tools to overcome organizational barriers, introducing new methods to manage EHS risks globally to unlock business growth. - Govern Metrics & Policy: Own
