The Waymo Driver powers Waymo's fully autonomous ride-hail service and can also be applied to a range of vehicle platforms and product use cases. The Waymo Driver has provided over ten million rider-only trips, enabled by its experience autonomously driving over 100 million miles on public roads and tens of billions in simulation across 15+ U.S. states. Our vehicles drive themselves, but you will be the driving force behind our charging infrastructure strategy. In this high-impact, strategic role, you will oversee the rapid, high-volume deployment of EV charging infrastructure while providing end-to-end operational oversight for our network. You will establish a scaled, repeatable process for the entire deployment lifecycle-including site selection, design, and construction-while managing ongoing asset maintenance, energy optimization, and lifecycle planning. In this hybrid role you will report to the Director of Global Workplace & eMobility You will: - End-to-End Infrastructure Deployment: Oversee the planning, design, procurement, and construction delivery of EV charging stations (including DC Fast Chargers) across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and organizational standards - eMobility Strategy & Sustainability: Define the comprehensive eMobility strategy, including targets for fleet electrification and charging
