Welder Hibbing, MN, United States Company Description: Job Description: Who will you be working with? L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction and heavy industrial industries. We are looking for an individual to join our welding team. This position works directly with other welders and welding supervisors on a daily basis. This position may also work with production engineers, the production manager, and the paint and steel prep departments on shop related projects. This position rotates shifts every other week on days and afternoons. Day shift operates Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm. Afternoon operates Monday through Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm. OT is possible depending on production needs. How will you make a difference? As a member of the welding department, you will be responsible for MIG and TIG production welding primarily on various mild and stainless steel, brass, and aluminum material. This position works directly with our Steel Prep and Paint departments as a part of our fabrication and assembly process. This role may observe, guide, and assist with training.
