Software Engineer Suzhou, JS, China Company Description: Job Description: Who will you be working with? We are the leading supplier of onboard passenger information system for rolling stocks. You will be working with a global team scattered in Germany, Switzerland, China, India and Italy. Besides the programing languages, English is also used daily to interact with our team members and customers. Our projects are distributed around the world, which means you will be working in a multi-culture environment, delivering software solutions to meet requirements from all kinds of background. How will you make a difference? As a member of the application software team, you will be responsible for: Core Tech Stack : Python 3.9+, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Helm, AWS/Azure cloud services, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, CI/CD, collaboration with a Vue front end Develop highly available asynchronous APIs with FastAPI-own business logic, data validation, and exception handling to support front-end use cases. Design and optimize databases (including AWS RDS/Azure Database), write efficient queries, and resolve performance bottlenecks. Containerize services with Docker and deploy to cloud Kubernetes (EKS/AKS); author Helm Charts and K8s resource manifests. Integrate core AWS/Azure services (storage, message queues, serverless, etc.) and optimize architecture and resource configuration. Collaborate with the front end to define API contracts; work with CI/CD to enable automated deployment and testing in cloud environments. What do we want to know about you?
