The Wabtec Rubber Products team manufacturers rubber products for Transportation and Industrial customers Globally. The team at Wabtec Rubber Products team is dynamic, versatile, and motivated. The team is a combination of seasoned veterans, developing machinists, and young talent. All are eager to grow, support the customer, and help each other. You will work independently and have a strong support system around you. How will you make a difference? As a member of the Wabtec Rubber Products team, you will be responsible for producing high quality components for a variety of industries including transportation, power generation, and industrial. Our end users rely on us to provide solutions to their challenges. Job Description: What do we want to know about you? High School Diploma or GED is required. Recent experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience with rubber or plastics desired. Good verbal communication skills. Must be able to accomplish tasks in a designated timely manner. Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders. Overtime may be required, and employees are expected to make the necessary arrangements to accommodate this need. Given the nature of this position and the effects it has on production and manufacturing, individuals, must be able to work any shift, overtime and weekends on short notice.
