General Labor Remote | Warren, OH, United States Company Description: Job Description: Who will you be working with? At Schaefer Equipment, you will work independently or as part of a team to produce high‑quality workpieces. This role involves operating a variety of industrial machines-including hammers, presses, upsetters, bulldozers, shears, drills, and grinders-to complete assigned tasks. You will perform multiple duties throughout the manufacturing process to ensure parts are produced safely, accurately, and efficiently. How will you make a difference? As a member of Schaefer Equipment, you will be responsible for operating a variety of assigned machines to produce parts according to established specifications and engineering drawings. This role requires reviewing and interpreting blueprints for parts and/or dies to ensure all components are manufactured within quality standards. You will verify that machined workpieces meet required specifications and may be asked to support special projects. What do we want to know about you? High School Diploma or GED preferred 3 months of related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to read and follow all quality process/work instructions. Must obey all safety rules and wear all proper Personal Protection Equipment Ability to read and interpret, production schedules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers. What will your typical day look like? Operate a variety of machines, hammers, presses, drills, and/or grinders. Ensure workpiece quality is at the required specifications Analyze blueprints of parts an/or dies Verify conformance
