You'll collaborate closely with customers during the warranty phase, serving as their primary point of contact. Internally, you'll coordinate with cross-functional teams including Field Service, Quality, Project Management, Sales, and Operations across the DACH region. How will you make a difference? You'll ensure smooth warranty execution and on-time exits while maintaining high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution. By analyzing field incidents and quality data, you'll drive continuous improvements that enhance product reliability. Your coordination of warranty projects and retrofits will directly impact operational excellence and safety compliance across customer sites. What will your typical day look like? Coordinate and manage warranty execution to meet contractual requirements and ensure on-time warranty exit Act as the main interface to customers during the warranty phase; visit customer sites and address issues proactively Manage defects and NCRs , including first-level root cause analysis and follow-up with Quality and Project teams Track, analyze, and report field incidents, KPIs, reliability, and quality data Support
