To learn more visit: www.waabi.ai You will… - Cultivate and maintain relationships across Congressional offices and committees, and federal Agencies (with a focus on USDOT, NHTSA and FMCSA). - Execute on Waabi's key legislative and regulatory goals and build awareness and understanding of Waabi's technology and business. - Monitor and lead engagement with Congress on all major legislative initiatives impacting Waabi. Ensure Waabi's priorities are integrated into any relevant federal legislation including via direct lobbying. - Monitor key federal rulemakings, and lead the internal drafting of all relevant regulatory submissions. - Represent Waabi in-person at all major DC-based events (including industry events, Congressional hearings and markups, regulator forums, etc). - Serve as the point of contact for all federal policy matters, reporting key developments and strategic recommendations to the Head of Policy. Qualifications: - Deep federal legislative and regulatory know-how. - Proven track record working with Congress, NHTSA, FMCSA, and various trade associations. - 10+ years of experience in federal
