Strategic Scaling and Team LeadershipStrategically scale Waabi's Hardware V&V (Verification and Validation) capability to support rapid market growth and meet internal DV/PV standards or specific OEM requirements.You will lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team responsible for all V&V activities. V&V Execution and Quality Assurance Oversee the planning and execution of comprehensive functional tests and performance evaluations on hardware prototypes. Direct the team in identifying and troubleshooting issues related to hardware functionality, compatibility, and performance, ensuring high system reliability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration and compatibility throughout the testing process. Document, communicate, and present detailed test results to cross-functional design teams to drive improvements. Regulatory Compliance and Certification Manage all aspects of Compliance Testing and Certification. Plan and execute critical compliance tests, including EMI/EMC, electrical safety, and environmental tests, in accordance with standards such as UL, CE, ISO, IEC, LV, and various OEM standards.
