Serves as a conduit between our business units, IT and Regulatory Reporting departments Support, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain EDI transactions for Workers' Compensation First Report of Injury (FROI), Workers' Compensation Subsequent Report of Injury (SROI), Medicare and ISO Maintains data dictionaries and maps on inbound and outbound transactions Identify and implement process improvements Provide training to business users on EDI related policies and procedures Develop and maintain EDI documentation Analyze and identify data issues that require an override in c
