Job Description: The Site Merchandising Specialist II is an essential role within the Site Merchandising organization. They will own and execute the seasonal product launch process, tracking down and managing product data, assets, maintaining and communicating ETA dates. This role will primarily focus on the Women's Assortment to ensure we're achieving business goals by leveraging our Site Merchandising tools across automations, product recommendations and the customer journey. This role will support and assist in key site merchandising strategies as well as interact and partner with many cross functional teams. What you'll get to do: Owning & executing the Seasonal Product Launch Process (12x/yr) and quarterly Product Creation Process Assisting the Site Merchandising Manager with key strategic initiatives to continue to drive financial targets and achieve KPIs Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of on-site product data and execution of larger online merchandising strategies.
