Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Asset Protection, the Asset Protection Business Partner will be critical to the success of the growing and dynamic retail team at Vuori. The Asset Protection Business Partner will execute and implement field asset protection programs as well as initiatives that focus on protecting our people, customers, and assets in assigned areas from fraud, safety and illegal acts. The role will serve as a strategic business partner for Retail Operations, People & Culture, Community & Training, Legal, Visual Merchandise, Inventory, Facilities, etc. This role requires an agile leader with a strong background in asset protection/loss prevention, an understanding of psychological & physical safety, and the ability to identify proactive measures to drive a safe and secure environment for stores teams and customers.
