Reporting to the Head of Payroll Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service Delivery team and its' growth. Key responsibilities: Leadership & Operations: Manage and supervise end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with SLAs and local labor laws. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors regarding payroll and employee benefits. Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure correct payroll calculations, tax deductions (PPh 21), BPJS contributions, and adherence to Indonesian labor regulations. Handle internal and external audits related to payroll data and processes.
