We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Fund Corporate Secretarial based in our Vistra, Singapore office. Key responsibilities: Manage and maintain the full spectrum of company secretarial duties Compliance with provision in the Singapore Corporate Enactments, Statutory Reporting / Filing, and corporate governance Streamline all workflow processes to ensure prompt and professional service rendered to all parties Liaise with the accounting team, management, and clients Monitor and co-ordinate with the Agents in relation to the offshore entities i.e. Cayman, BVI, and others Attend meetings and draft minutes Draft and prepare document i.e., Directors' Resolutions and other relevant documents for the clients Responsible for obtaining compliance clearance for internal onboarding and external KYC requests Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required Key requirements: 3-4 years of relevant Corporate Secretarial experience Corporate assignments knowledge in Singapore
