Purpose of Role: The Senior Legal Counsel In-house (the Legal Counsel) will serve as a key member of the in-house legal department of Vistra Netherlands (the Legal Department), providing strategic and day-to-day legal support across the full breadth of the organization's activities. Reporting to the Head of Legal (of Vistra Netherlands), the Legal Counsel will act as a trusted advisor to the business on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters and will work closely with the Head of Legal and the Legal and Privacy Officer as part of a dedicated, and close-knit Legal Department.
