About this role

Flight Approval Coordinator Vista's Operations Control Centre serves as the central hub for day-of-operations across the fleet. The team monitors all active flights, coordinates logistics across departments, and makes real-time decisions to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. As a Flight Approval Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the initial risk and feasibility assessment of all new flights as well as changes to existing flights. Working closely with the Duty Managers (DMs) and Flight Ops Management (FOMOD) he/she also contributes to ensuring that the fleet is optimized for a safe and economically efficient operation.
