Job Location: Krubong, Melaka, Malaysia What you will be doing: Manage a Subcon operations team responsible for the planning, process, product and quality Project Management on Product & Package transfer from Internal Factory to Subcon through to characterization, qualification, and release phases Project Management on New Product Introduction to Subcon from product definition and development through to characterization, qualification, and release phases Lead the team in defining the forecast and needed capacity. Coordinate the wafer support, loading releases and delivery commitment dates. Drive yield monitoring and yield improvement actions in Subcons to meet defined KPIs.
