Responsible for executing, supervising or managing back-end assembly and test operations. Job Location: Vishay General Semiconductor (China) Co., Ltd. is one of the TOP 100 enterprises in Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area, Tianjin, PRC. What you will be doing: * Die preparation and attachment. * Bonding, molding, trim&form, testing, etc. * Organizing assigned stocks for parts, semi-products or components. * Assembling according to plan, and using specific equipment (machines, specialized tools). *Performing prescribed sight checks, functionality or general quality test routines and procedures.
