In this position, you will drive market execution and growth across South Europe , acting as a strategic link between customers, Sales, FAE, and Divisions , with a strong focus on discrete MOSFETs . What you will be doing: Own regional market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors). Translate divisional product strategy into focused regional Go‑To‑Market actions . Act as a strategic technical‑commercial interface for key customers . Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities . Be the Voice of the Customer , influencing product roadmaps . Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment across Sales, FAE, and Divisions .
