R esponsible for producing Vishay products that meet and exceed quality and customer expectations. Job Location: Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world's largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology. There are around 600 employees currently working in Columbus, NE. We are one of the largest employers in the Columbus Area. Job Summary: Full responsibility for all the barrel/rack finishing and plating operations and their respective cleaning, activating, finishing/plating, metal recovery baths and rinse solution baths, to prepare and process raw base materials per all Vishay Dale and Military specifications. What you will be doing: Follows all corporate and department safety guidelines and rules. Cleans parts priors to plating. Follows all documented Vishay Dale Process Specifications (DPS's), as directed, to clean, activates and finish/plate the raw base materials provided. Sets power suppliers/rectifiers, timers,
