Driven by a belief that infectious disease diagnosis should be quick, accurate, and accessible to all, Visby has developed the world's first single-use PCR platform that disrupts the traditional model and redefines the way infectious disease is tested and treated. About the role Visby is seeking a Fractional Chief Financial Officer to help scale the business, and, alongside the CEO, to lead the company through a transitional period as Visby enters the OTC market with its unique, real time PCR OTC product. This role is designed as a 30-40% fractional engagement for an experienced finance executive who thrives in dynamic, resource-conscious environments. How you'll make an impact Actively participate in the development of strategic corporate goals while empowering the executive team and board to make risk‐informed, data‐driven decisions. Serve as the lead spokesperson for financial results and strategic milestones. Serve as the lead spokesperson for financial results and strategic milestones. Build and maintain deep relationships with equity analysts, venture/PE partners, and institutional investors. Serve as the primary interface to the audit committee of the Board of Directors; present financial and operational plans to the Board. Support the growth of the business through comprehensive due diligence and skilled financial analysis of potential acquisitions and other strategic investment opportunities.
