Electronics Coating Operator: • Location - Rapid City, SD • Full-Time Position • Hours - Monday-Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm); voluntary OT is sometimes available Duties & Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities : Handle Specialized Materials: Work with a variety of chemical coatings, adhesives, sealants, and encapsulation compounds used in the production of electronic components. Microscope-Based Assembly & Cleaning: Utilize a microscope to perform precision tasks, including the installation of electronic components into protective housings and the meticulous cleaning of delicate components to remove specific chemical residues. Precision Manual Work: Execute repetitive, detail-oriented tasks requiring high levels of manual dexterity. Use small hand tools such as tweezers, micro-screwdrivers, and syringes to manipulate miniature components. Follow Technical Procedures: Carry out complex technical operations in strict accordance with detailed work instructions and process documentation.
