About this role
Global Equity Compensation Administrator New York, NY As Via's Global Equity Compensation Administrator , you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our global equity programs. You'll be the go-to expert for the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform, overseeing plan administration, transactions, reporting, and troubleshooting-all while elevating the employee experience across the organization. Collaborating closely with Via's People, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT teams, you'll act as a trusted partner who enables data-driven decisions and seamless operations. With great judgment, attention to detail, and a process mindset, you'll help shape an equity experience that aligns with Via's mission What You'll Do - Manage daily operations of the company's equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and other awards) using the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform. - Oversee and process all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, releases, and terminations. - Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding equity awards, tax treatment, and use of the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE portal. - Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, tax rules, and company policies. Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Accounting teams to reconcile data and reporting. - Support Finance team with quarterly stock-based compensation reporting and other equity-based reporting as needed. - Serve as the main liaison with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE to resolve system issues, implement upgrades, and coordinate ongoing plan enhancements. - Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and process overviews. - Maintain accurate participant data and reconcile records between HRIS, payroll, and the Morgan
