We're looking for a Sourcing and Recruiting Lead to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent at Vetcove. You'll be the engine driving our recruiting and sourcing strategy - from uncovering hard-to-find candidates to guiding them through the process and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. In this role, you'll partner closely with leadership, the cofounders, and hiring managers to build an effective and scalable hiring pipeline.
