Scrum Master AZ_Mesa_HQ; IN_Indianapolis_HQ Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Scrum Master to join our team and lead agile delivery for multiple cross-functional teams in our T2 business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and transparency. You'll work closely with program management, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business outcomes. Our ideal candidate is someone who exhibits a high degree of ownership and results orientation, an aptitude for driving change, and enjoys working in a highly collaborative geographically diverse agile environment. You will use your servant leadership capabilities and mindset to help empower, energize, and motivate the teams in our organization. This role is situated in a center of excellence structure within the Verra Mobility Program Management Office. Essential Responsibilities: - Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, influencing successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional initiatives. - Facilitate key ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives - Help teams continuously improve by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
