Manager, Global Facilities AZ_Mesa_HQ The Manager, Global Facilities is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of the organization's global physical footprint, encompassing 80-100 multi-use facilities including corporate offices, operations centers, field locations, and specialized environments. This role integrates global facilities operations with project and infrastructure leadership, transitioning the function from reactive service delivery to a proactive, program-driven model. The position oversees global infrastructure expansions, capital projects, workplace modernization, and operational excellence across all sites. Partnering closely with IT, Security, HR, and executive leadership, this individual ensures that facilities and infrastructure are aligned with corporate strategy, enabling a scalable, secure, and high-performing global environment. Key Responsibilities Global Facilities Operations - Oversee day-to-day operations across 80-100 global facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and consistent service delivery. - Establish and implement global standards for maintenance, workplace services, and operational performance. - Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. - Monitor and maintain critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and access control) to ensure operational uptime. Infrastructure Strategy, Project Governance & Leadership - Establish and lead a Facilities framework, standardizing project delivery, governance, and reporting across global sites. - Develop and maintain key project artifacts including Project Charters, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), schedules, and governance models. - Lead stakeholder management across Facilities, IT, Security, and executive leadership to align infrastructure initiatives with business strategy. - Drive a transition to a project-governed operating model, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accountability in delivery.
