The Sr. Organizational Learning and Development Specialist will support driving the design and delivery of Verisign learning curriculum and take responsibility for key initiatives that includes management of learning systems and analytics. The role will demonstrate a high level of organizational design, instructional design, and project management, as well as in-person and virtual facilitation skills. Key Responsibilities Organizational Support - Advise departmental stakeholders in support of OD programming needs that may include team building, conflict resolution, change management, management skills and other organizational issues relevant to the business needs. Develop a consultative relationship with key stakeholders and conduct needs analyses to determine appropriate development needs. Identify the proper blend of instructor- led, hands-on, and web-based training to be used based on content, audience, and business needs. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training/organizational learning and shares findings and recommendations. Course Design & Facilitation - Serve as an internal advisor/coach/facilitator to departmental stakeholders on the instructional design, development, and delivery of training/organizational learning events. Consult on and support the learning strategy for leadership development.
