About this role

Observability Architect Pontiac, MI, US We are in search of an Observability Architect to strengthen our Enterprise Technology team and contribute to building our Center of Excellence in Monitoring and Observability domains. As the Observability Architect in ET, you will play a pivotal role in establishing furthering the growth of both the Operational Center of Excellence as well as UWM IT, offering guidance for the evolution and optimization of our Monitoring and Observability toolset, and engaging in technical discussions and requirements analysis with partners and teammates to ensure alignment with the immediate and long term needs of our strategic partners. Partnering with Application Development and Architecture, you will be leading the charge on the standardization and implementation of our continued need for deeper and more comprehensive Observability data. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Provide guidance and insights for improving the Monitoring and Observability platforms. Lead technical discussions and requirements analysis with the Business Partnership Teams and development teams to ensure their needs are met. Develop and evangelize best practices for making systems and services measurable, collaborating with various teams for implementation and enablement. Determine best practices for collecting, aggregating, and visualizing collected metrics to enable the Product and Development Teams integrators with actionable insights.
