The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise to develop efficient reporting mechanisms and automation frameworks while providing end-to-end process ownership. This role involves designing sophisticated VBScript solutions for testing and reporting across multiple environments (development, integration, staging, and production), creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, and managing system enhancements and change control processes. The MSP IT Specialist will oversee critical system configurations, provide technical insights into transaction workflows and file transmission protocols, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to resolve complex technical challenges. Strong analytical skills are essential for tracking system performance, managing transaction processes, and optimizing operational efficiency while leading a team of four IT professionals.
