Director, Growth Marketing United States Job Title: Director, Growth Marketing Department: Marketing About the Role : The Director, Growth Marketing is responsible for building and scaling the demand generation engine that drives new pipeline creation and revenue growth across our buyer segments. The right candidate is energized by standing up new capabilities and refreshing processes, not just optimizing mature ones.Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications, this role leads a team spanning demand generation, digital marketing, marketing automation, and event marketing, plus agency and vendor relationships. The right candidate brings deep B2B SaaS experience, understands long-cycle enterprise and government sales, and thrives building new capabilities. What You'll Do : - Build and own the growth marketing strategy - defining target segments, channel mix, campaign architecture, and pipeline targets in close partnership with the SVP of Marketing and Communications and Sales leadership. - Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs including account-based marketing (ABM), digital advertising, content syndication, paid and organic digital channels, email nurture, and webinar programs tailored to targeted buyer personas. - Identify and implement the right tools, platforms, and processes to support scalable demand generation - standing up capabilities that don't exist today where needed. - Introduce AI-assisted workflows across marketing operations - including content production, campaign optimization, and lead scoring - to increase team velocity and efficiency. - Establish clear KPIs and reporting for demand generation: pipeline contribution, conversion rates, cost per opportunity, and channel-level ROI.
