Please ensure that you possess one of these clearances before applying You will be successful in this role if you have: Key Skills and Experience Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting Drivers Licence required (Automatic) Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals) Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's Test and Tag experience highly regarded Asset Management experience highly regarded Minimum of 2
