Project Administrator 2 Locations What success looks like in this role: A Project Administrator provides essential behind-the-scenes support to project teams by managing documentation, schedules, contracts, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects stay on time and within budget. Key duties include organizing meetings, preparing progress reports, processing invoices, and maintaining project records. They act as a central hub for information, assisting project managers with resource coordination and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Documentation Management : Maintaining, filing, and updating all project documents, contracts, and records. Scheduling & Coordination : Organizing team meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating project calendars . Reporting & Monitoring : Collecting data on project progress, preparing reports, and updating project managers on variations. Financial Support : Processing invoices, purchase orders, and assisting with budget monitoring. Communication Hub : Acting as a liaison between team members, contractors, and stakeholders. You will be successful in this role if you have: Key Qualifications: Diploma or higher qualification in project administration or a related field. Minimum of two years of proven experience in project administration, project coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
