About this role
MCP Specialist – ClearPath Environment Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico What success looks like in this role: Provide MCP systems administration and hands-on technical support in a ClearPath environment. Act as a technical point of contact for a specific client, gathering requirements and aligning system expectations. Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot MCP systems and supporting infrastructure. Analyze and recommend hardware and software solutions aligned with ClearPath and MCP requirements. Support performance, capacity, and stress testing, providing recommendations based on results. Contribute to system documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge sharing. You will be successful in this role if you have: Must Have Skills (Experience of at least 4 years): Hands-on experience supporting MCP in ClearPath environments. Strong knowledge of MCP systems administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience working in enterprise or client-dedicated environments. Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills. Nice to Have / Environment Context: Experience working in enterprise or client-dedicated environments. Strong ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting mission-critical platforms. Other: Location: Preferably based in Mexico City (CDMX), Monterrey, or Guadalajara; r equired to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model). Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and a High level of English required. The position will involve regular communication with specialists within our company and external vendors.
