Lead - Pega System Architect Bangalore, KA, India Bangalore, KA, India What success looks like in this role: Role Summary The Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) provides technical, delivery, solution and engagement leadership across large-scale government Pega programs . The role is accountable for defining enterprise-grade architecture, leading Pega Constellation adaptation, and partnering with senior stakeholders to translate long-term business strategy into effective Pega solutions. The LSA leads high-performing delivery teams, supports technical delivery across environments (dev/test/prod), defines architecture standards, and ensure high availability, performance and security of the Pega platform and its integrations. What success looks like in this role Lead solution architecture and detailed design for Pega applications using Pega Constellation Define case, data, integration, and UI design patterns aligned to Constellation and Pega guardrails Plan and execute Pega platform migrations with minimal business disruption Design, implement, and operationalize integrations with external platforms including Kafka (event streaming) , ElasticSearch, REST / SOAP services and enterprise data sources Define and enforce: Application and ruleset layering standards Reuse and framework patterns CI/CD and deployment strategies across multi-environment landscapes Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure authoring quality and consistency Mentor and guide CSSAs, System Architects, and development teams Collaborate with Product Owners, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with business outcomes, security, and compliance requirements You will be successful in this role if you have Led at least one end-to-end Pega Customer Service implementation Proven experience driving Pega Constellation implementation Deep understanding of Pega platform internals, integration
