Ingeniera/o de Soporte en campo - Leon Guanajuato Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico What success looks like in this role: Cobertura: Traslados dentro y fuera de León, Gto. y alrededores Resumen del rol: Atención a solicitudes de servicio técnico para el diagnóstico, reparación y mantenimiento de equipos como servidores, equipos de cómputo, laptops, etc. La atención se realiza a través de una plataforma ITSM, siguiendo flujos de trabajo definidos, con base en acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA). Los traslados son parte de las actividades cotidianas para atender los tickets asignados en tiempo y forma. You will be successful in this role if you have: Escolaridad: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín (concluida o truncada) O bien: Bachillerato/Preparatoria concluida con experiencia práctica comprobable Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia práctica afín, brindando soporte técnico en campo. Actualizaciones y migraciones de Windows 10 y 11. Redes y configuración de routers. Mantenimiento y reparación de equipo de cómputo. Cableado y configuración básica de telefonía. Otros: Radicar en León. Actitud de servicio. Trato amable y paciente con los usuarios. Disponibilidad de auto propio (se brindan viáticos). Disponibilidad para traslados y viajes dentro o fuera de la localidad.
